LCA is incredibly proud to be an accredited Living Wage Employer. As an organisation that has always insisted on paying London Living Wage to all our staff and third party contracted staff this is something we have been working on for some time and are pleased that we can officially display the Living Wage employer mark.

Work Experience Every year, LCA takes on a small number of young people for work experience placements. These are generally one-week programmes for students in Years 10-12 during their summer term, though we are open to older candidates and those outside of further education and can sometimes be flexible on timing. We are especially keen to open up this programme to people who would not ordinarily have access to this kind of opportunity, in line with our ED&I statement of action. If you are interested in a short work experience placement at LCA, or know someone who is, do get in touch. Please note that our ability to host these work placements is dependent on our team’s capacity and commercial considerations and we are not always able to take on every applicant. |
Account Assistant
Account Assistants help to provide the important groundwork that account teams need to succeed. Flexible and exposed to lots of different elements of our work, this is a great time to embrace the different aspects of agency life and find your passion as you progress and develop at LCA.
Account Executive
Account Executives get a fantastic grounding at LCA, working on multiple accounts at any one time, acting as the eyes and ears for the account team and learning alongside a range of more experienced colleagues throughout the business.
Account Manager
Account Managers are the ‘engine room’ of LCA, running consultation and campaigns, liaising with the media and working with Account Executives to ensure faultless delivery for clients.
Account Director
The Account Director role is a hugely important one, leading and driving accounts and being the key contact point for clients. You advise directly on the strategy of a project or campaign, lead meetings and oversee the work of your account team.
Associate Director
Managing a portfolio of clients, Associate Directors are also responsible for bringing in and delivering new business using your external profile to support this. Using their managerial experience to lead multi-faceted teams and oversee the work of others is another really important part - encouraging the continued growth and development of the team.
Director
Directors at LCA are part of one of the Management Teams and collectively have fee income and new business targets. They have significant experience in the industry and act as senior client leads as well as providing leadership to the team and the agency.
