Sam has 13+ years of experience in Human Resources working both as an in-house partner and as an HR Consultant. Her areas of expertise include Training design and facilitating, Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience and Career Coaching. She has been awarded as LinkedIn Top Voice for her contributions to Future of Work and Employee & Candidate Experience and she has also been invited as speaker to several events, always advocating for a better working culture for all.
Sam was born in Mexico City, lived one year in Amsterdam on her early twenties and graduated from University Tec de Monterrey with a degree in Human Resources Management & Organisational Psychology.
In her free time, Sam can be found spending time with her husband, son and dog (Topi). She is always reading, watching films, learning a new language, or trying to find the perfect cup of coffee (and brownie). She is Messi’s number one fan.
