With nearly two decades of agency experience, including her recent positions as Deputy CEO and Chief of Staff at a digital agency serving UK and global charity clients, Caroline’s diverse skill set positions her as a valuable asset in nurturing teams and driving impactful enhancements.
In her role, Caroline collaborates with the management board to support agency development, fostering efficiencies across teams to deliver optimal client impact.
Recognised for her significant contributions, Caroline was voted into the WISE100, an accolade celebrating the top 100 inspiring and influential women in social enterprise, impact investment, and mission-driven business.
Outside the office, Caroline hits the netball court twice a week, trying to avoid (another) injury. Not one to shy away from a challenge, Caroline once embarked on a 100km charity walk in a single go, reflecting her passion for making a positive difference beyond the workplace.
