Kobi is an Account Director working across the Corporate & Consumer portfolio. She joined LCA in September 2022, following 10 years working in real estate and destination marketing roles in Australia for companies including Westfield, QIC Global Real Estate and the Brisbane Economic Development Board. Kobi has a unique background and in-depth knowledge of the build-to-rent, retail, hospitality, culture, and tourism sectors.
Kobi believes in the of good places and their ability to connect, inspire and promote physical and mental wellbeing for communities and individuals - whether it be a place where people work, live or play – and she is passionate about taking a human centric and insights led approach to how places are marketed and activated. Kobi’s strengths lay in her ability to turn complex challenges into innovative activity that deliver results with expertise in integrated marketing delivery – able to advise on full spectrum marketing to maximise impact of activity across all brand channels.
Kobi has been recognised as a finalist in the Property Council of Australia and Australian Institute of Marketing Awards on multiple occasions for her integrated marketing campaigns including delivery of City wide dining festival in Brisbane to activate hospitality sector and drive visitation and workers back to City centre post COVID-19.
Outside of LCA life, Kobi is an experience seeker and when she is not jet setting across Europe you will find her immersed in the local food, art, and culture scene in London.
