Promoting a major brand

The LCA Role

LCA led on the consumer comms launch of Tipi London, the all inclusive rental provider. As part of our work, we embarked on a programme of media engagement, securing features (in a predominantly 'for sale' world), apartments viewings and press and influencers overnight stays. The campaign was aimed at securing full occupancy at their first two residential developments, and tease the leasing campaign for their third, managed by Tipi London.

As part of our role, LCA managed and ran the Tipi London social channels – creating content, managing enquiries and representing the brand online.

Results delivered

  • Secured press tips and overnight stays at Tipi, as well as follow-up-features with media, including Secret London, Design Week and Time Out
  • Launched a series of resident perks, including Supper Club, with MasterChef's runners-up Billy and Jack, securing influencers attendance by The Cutlery Chronicles (106k followers) and a social series about her experience
  • Features placed about 'the perks of living with Tipi' in key London titles, including Metro, Evening Standard and Time Out
