Helena joined the LCA team in March 2012 as an Account Executive, and was promoted to Account Director in November 2017. Before joining LCA, Helena worked for the communications team at the Social Care Institute for Excellence and as an events coordinator at the College of Social Work. Prior to this Helena interned at Forster, a communication agency and at Kensington and Chelsea’s Council press office.

At LCA Helena has led on a number of high-profile clients, most notably King’s Cross and Wembley Park, which has seen her act as the key contact on PR and Communications for the development, advising across a number of elements, including communications strategies and implementation. She now works with a number of clients to create placemaking and consumer led strategies, changing outdated perceptions of areas across London.

Helena’s clients now include Argent Kings Cross, Museum of London, Quintain Wembley Park, London and Regional and the Education Skills Funding Agency. Her work also sees her running consultation programmes and coordinating community engagement strategies.

Helena was born and bred in Scotland and graduated from the University of Stirling in 2010, with an Honours degree in Psychology and Politics.

She has a keen interest in all London based issues and has a particular passion for regeneration and placemaking. She is well-versed in the world of traditional media, as well as digital and social media channels and has played a key role in taking forward one of our corporate teams, Team Media – keeping the team up to date with the latest media moves and insight.

In her free time Helena can be found venturing not that far from the office, as her heart lies deep within Oxford Street and Soho. This is where she indulges on her four big passions: eating, shopping, people watching and London!
