Our services comprise:

Placemaking PR: We help our clients celebrate and promote places and spaces where people can live, work and visit. Whether creating new destinations or promoting a fresh identity for existing centres, our role is to tell the story. We plan, produce and feed into programmes of activity to maximse PR value, activated across traditional and social media channels.

Events and enlivenment: Usually a core component of a place-making brief, LCA has significant experience delivering or supporting event and enlivenment programmes for areas undergoing major change – from beginning to end – for some of London’s best known places. We can do everything from creating a bespoke events and enlivenment strategy to best target your key audiences and establishing your steering group of decision makers, to guiding you through the tender process to work with delivery partners, knowing from experience what works what doesn’t. Alternatively we can come in to provide strategic support for existing programmes or simply deliver the PR elements to support this activity.

Place brand development: We work with specialist external consultants in the field of place-branding to help develop, shape and, where relevant, consult upon new place branding. We then ensure this is successfully applied across websites, printed materials and site hoardings, managing the brand roll-out and subsequent media campaign.

Managing major announcements: We understand the importance of generating media coverage in the right places. We have excellent contacts in the specialist trade press across the sectors in which we operate and are in regular contact with national media and the local press. We know what works to maximise coverage and how to handle difficult media issues.

Social media strategy and delivery: We advise our clients on the appropriate digital strategy and then either run those channels in-house or support the client team to maximise impact. We define clear objectives to guide this work and set targets for the growth of digital engagement.

Influencer engagement: We understand that influencer engagement blurs the line between paid for and traditional media but that sometimes is needed to amplify the message. We identify and then build relationships with these influencers, advising on how best to take advantage of this rapidly changing environment.
