Folabi joined LCA in August 2022, having graduated with a degree in Architecture from the University of Hertfordshire in 2020. Since his appointment, Folabi has been part of a team that has seen planning success for One Museum Street and Acton Park industrial estate.
A student of Architecture, Folabi has a passion for the built environment and holds a long-standing interest in urban regeneration patterns across the capital and the impacts, both political and social, that these projects may have on its community. With a strong customer service-based background, Folabi is passionate about people and his community.
At LCA he works on a range of clients in our Politics, Engagement and Planning team including one of London’s biggest development opportunities Earls Court Development Company and various schemes across Westminster for The Crown Estate.
If Folabi is not in the office, he can be found at the park kicking around a ball, coaching or pacing around his living room praying for his beloved Arsenal to bring home the 3 points. You can also find him in the corner somewhere buried in his laptop creating graphics.
