All of us at LCA have chosen to work for a niche agency and focus on a specific group of London organisations to whom we dedicate our time and energy. We all share a passion for and interest in London and believe in effective regional and local government. This is reflected not just in the work we do, but in the services we provide.
We are members of BITCs Per Cent Club which recognises and rewards businesses that give more than 1% of pre-tax profits to good causes. In 2005/06 we gave 6% to good causes, made up of cash donations and work in kind for registered charitable causes which benefit London.
At LCA we have:
always have a charitable client on our books, for the last two years this has been the Young Vic Theatre (see Case Studies) and now the Capital Community Foundation
are sponsors of New London Architecture and the London Architecture Biennale, members of London First and support Pipers each year with the promotion of London at the world property market in Cannes (MIPIM)
make donations to a range of charities including St Mungos, Crisis, Trees for London, London Bombings Relief Charitable Fund and the Blue Cross Hospital
support the benefit seasons of Surrey CC players
backed the successful London 2012 bid
conceived and then sponsored London Laughs, an exhibition of London Cartoons at the Political Cartoon Gallery
produced the first ever theatre performance at the Soane Museum, celebrating the work of Hogarth
promoted a series of the best books about London at Hatchards
sponsored clients and friends when they were raising money for London projects from the Marathon to Walk the Walk.
Since
1999, when LCA was set up, we have grown year on year
by an average of 30%. We were nominated two years in
a row as Londons best small business by the London
Chamber of Commerce and Industry (2004 and 2005).
