Matthew Neylan
Account Director
Matthew joined LCA as an Account Manager in May 2006 and was promoted to Account Director in August 2008.

Matthew's clients include the Brent Cross and Cricklewood Development Partners (Multiplex, Hammerson and Standard Life Investments), CLM, and St James's Investments & Tesco.

Previously, Matthew worked for three and a half years in the Mayor of London's Press Office, latterly heading up the economic development press desk which leads on planning, housing, regeneration, London 2012, economic and international issues.

He was in Singapore for the decision in July 2005 to select London as Host City for the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. He also managed media for the former Mayor Ken Livingstone's statement in response to the 7/7 London bombings, and for the early work of the London Bombings Relief Charitable Fund.

Matthew started his career in radio journalism, working for a production company making news and current affairs programmes for BBC Radio 5 Live, Radio 4 and the World Service. He moved into public relations at the Local Government Information Unit, a think tank and campaigning group for local authorities across England and Wales, where he worked as communications officer.

Matthew has a BA in English from the University of York, a Postgraduate Diploma in Broadcast Journalism from City University in London, and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.
